People go to school for their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) to learn how to pilot corporations to ever-increasing growth. An MBA certifies that the student has learned about leadership, employee psychology, basic accounting, investment practices, how to negotiate and restructure corporations to meet the market. MBAs are typically either management candidates, working in investment banking or private equity or already working in corporate management.
